We are going to be joining Lockleaze Neighbourhood Trust at The Hubbub! Pop Up Cafe on Wednesday 17th April 2024 to talk to you about annual health checks.

If you or the person you are caring for are 14+ and have a learning disability you are eligible for a FREE annual health check at your GP.

How to get on the learning disability register so you can have an annual health check

How we can support you with all of this
