Meet the Roadmap to Independence Team!

We’re delighted to introduce Louise, who is leading our Roadmap to Independence project, funded by the Bristol Impact Fund 3.

The project will support autistic young people aged 16–25, including those with a learning disability from ethnically diverse communities across Bristol.

Working alongside young people and their families, Louise, together with Social Navigator Hodan, will provide high-quality, culturally competent support to help young people build confidence, develop independence, improve their wellbeing, and increase opportunities for social participation.

We’re excited to see the positive difference this project will make and look forward to supporting more young people on their journey towards greater independence.
