Café Conscious is hosting a community drop-in session in Bristol, bringing together families, carers, professionals and local residents in a welcoming and informal setting.

The session is designed to offer support, advice, and opportunities to connect with local services and organisations. Attendees will have the chance to speak directly with representatives from Autism Independence, FLORA (Families, Local Offer, Resources and Advice), and Bristol Family Hubs – Best Start in Life. These organisations provide a range of support for families, including guidance around autism, access to local services, and early years and family wellbeing support.

The drop-in is open to anyone who would benefit from information, reassurance, or simply a friendly space to talk and connect with others in the community. Whether you are a parent, carer, practitioner, or someone seeking advice, you are welcome to attend without prior booking.

Alongside informal conversations, the session will provide signposting to relevant services, opportunities for networking, and access to practical advice tailored to individual needs. The aim is to help people feel better connected to local support and to each other, in a relaxed and accessible environment.
